Custom ordering is the perfect option for our customers looking to get in a new vehicle ā€” and it may even save you time in getting the model you want as opposed to waiting for it to reach the dealershipā€™s lot.Ā

Weā€™ve been taking care of our customersā€™ special orders for years and have a strong, detail oriented process. Weā€™re here to answer your questions, walk you through the process, and alleviate any potential concerns you may have.

Our goal is for you to have exactly the vehicle you want:Ā Our custom order specialists are here to walk you through the ordering and specifications of the vehicle, but we donā€™t stop there. If you change your mind and would like to switch your vehicle out, change an aspect of the vehicle, or simply cancel the order, weā€™ll help you with that, no questions asked.

Weā€™ll go the extra mile:Ā We are happy to work with and deliver to our customers within 100 miles of our dealerships as an extra measure of convenience for you. Custom Order Process

a. Create your custom order on Order.ShultsFord.com and then submit vehicle preferences. We will then contact you to verify your desired vehicle, explore potential incoming stock, and then arrange to submit your order to Ford.

b. Custom Order Assistance ā€“ We are available from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Friday and Saturday to personally assist you via phone, email, or even live chat. However, you can submit your order at any time youā€™d like, 24/7. Weā€™d also be happy to sit down with you in our dealership to help you configure your perfect Ford, but at the end of the day, this process can be as involved as you prefer so that you can order your perfect vehicle, your way.

c. Interested in a test drive? We have comparable vehicles available for test drive if youā€™d like.

a. Our team calls our customers monthly to update them on the status of their order, and is available to answer any inquiries about the vehicleā€™s status.

b. You may also track your vehiclesā€™ progress at Shop Ford Vehicle Order Tracking once your vehicle has been assigned a VIN.

c. The VIN can take from a couple of weeks to a year to be assigned to your vehicle, depending on the model.

We will arrange delivery to you, or you may pick your vehicle up at our dealership, whichever you prefer. Shults Ford will deliver up to 100 miles away from our dealership. Our team will work with you to schedule an ideal time and place to deliver your vehicle.
a. There will be no deposit at the time of ordering, you simply submit your order, and then financing will be discussed and finalized at the time of delivery.

b. If you have a vehicle youā€™d like to trade-in towards the purchase of your new vehicle, you may provide that vehicle at any time in the process, whenever youā€™d like ā€” from the submission of the order to final financing. Keep in mind that market trade-in values may fluctuate at the time of trade, so it may benefit you to trade-in earlier rather than later.
          i. We partner with Kelly Blue Book and ICO to provide a guaranteed trade-in offer, as long as the vehicle is in the same condition as specified by the customer.

c. F&I, Taxes, Registration: This is typically done at the time of your vehicleā€™s delivery, can all be done online or in-person, again depending on your preference. Weā€™re here to make this process as simple as possible for our customers, so let us know what works best for you.
